    Need a bit of help on the subject.
    Have on Citadel Plus 1 - SPC-CO1 Yellow + 5% Rockets!
    SHD-CO1 Blue + 15% SHD + 5% DMG - 5% HP
    DMG-XHDO1 RED + 8% DMG

    Cannot Add HP-MTCHO1 + 8% Green.

    Is this because SHD - CO1 Has a - 5% HP ????

    No, that wont prevent you from using it. I would assume it is a bug in game. Contact support.
