    i want to know why i got a 7 day chat ban + ship ban i have send nearllty 40 mesages to support 10 hours ago and no respond or ticket i can even log in at all f

    -for admins not players

    Whilst support try and respond to tickets as soon as possible it may take several working days depending on the nature of the ticket. Did you get the automated response providing you with your ticket number? If not I suggest you check your junk mail folders
