Shooting people and cloak does not come off?

    Hi,I have experienced this myself,also some clan members that collecting boxes cloaked and when a red dot appears I shoot it and my cloak does not come off until I kill the person?I was infected at the time and I thought maybe I did not see good but few off my clan members said the same thing that same happened to them but they were not infected.
