Shop error

  1. I'm currently attempting to buy some logs disks ( I have 2352 uri) with premium and rebate, yet when I click on maximum it says I can buy 16 log disks. Yet when I go to click buy, it states that I dont have enough uri. There is a display glitch or something going on which needs to be looked into as I know I can buy that many log disks yet I'm not being allowed to.

    Long and short of it is that I'm not getting the discounts for which I have paid for. Premium and Rebate.

    Hi there,

    This issue has been reported to Quality Assurance (Bigpoint Testers) to be looked into.

    The issue is not with the discounts as you should still be getting discounted correctly, the issue seems to be with the calculations involved and the shop not understanding that the maximum purchase appears to cost more because of the discounts (yet when discounts are taken into considering the cost is within your uridium balance).

    This issue appeared to have come around with a change to the shop to try and get items to display at the correct discounted price. If you try to purchase the items in small batches then the purchase should go through with the discounts.

    We hope that this issue does get resolved soon but in the mean time i thank you for your patience with this issue does get resolved.

  3. I've tried that but all I've been given is what I have the uri for, not the extra that I'm supposed to be given due to the discounts

    In other words, even with doing small batches I'm not being given the discount, just the pure basic price for what I have the uri for.

    Hi,

    Would you be able to provide some of your balance logs showing some purchases that have not received the discount. For example;

    04.08. 19:24Log-disks bought (5)- 1,350 U.

    I only have -10% discount so the shop has correctly discounted 150 uridium from my purchase.

  5. That shows that I'm getting it, yet currently it wont allow me to buy 55 log disks with 6995 Uri, it'll only allow me to buy 35 as that is all I have the Uri for

    Hi there,

    From the log you have provided;
    04.08. 15:17 Log-disks bought (35) - 7,350 U.

    I can tell you that the game is correctly discounting you, for example the cost of 35 log disks is 10,500 so the game correctly discounted you by 30%.

    The problem that you are getting is what has been reported and it is that the game is not letting you purchase items where the price is calculated to be more than what you have in your balance. This is an issue for "max" purchases because the game will calculate the cost before the deductions is made, and this is more than often more than what you have in your balance.

    For example;

    I have 10.000 uridium and want to purchase log disks. The cost of a log disk with 30% deduction is 210 uridium. Theoretically the maximum number of log disks i can purchase is 47. The game however is calculating the cost of 47 logdisks multiplied by the original 300 uridium for a log disk giving a total of 14,100 uridium.

    What used to happen is the game would then take the 14,100 uridium and apply the deduction, making it cost 9,870 uridium (for -30%), meaning the purchase would be successful. However a recent change in the way items are priced has caused an issue where this is not occurring, and this is why you get an error when trying to use the maximum purchase button.

    However please do not worry, if you purchase items with a displayed cost within your limits then the deduction will apply.

    This issue has been reported as i previously stated therefore there is nothing i can do at the moment other than to assure you that when you buy items you are still getting the correct deductions.
