Short update on the current game problems

    Hello Space Pilots,

    First of all, we want to send you a huge „Thank you“ for all your patience and loyalty during these difficult times. Our game is still not stable and even if we’re working hard in the background to make the gameplay smooth again and to reduce the connectivity issues, there are still a lot of problems appearing in the game that are ruining the gaming fun. Either you cannot log in or if you are connected, there are huge lags and freezes on the space map that make it impossible to play smoothly.

    Please be assured that we’re working constantly in the background to get rid of all these problems. There aren’t any technical details that we can communicate but the work is progressing and even if we’re not posting each day about the background work that is going on, we’re doing our best to troubleshoot and to eliminate the problems.

    Hello Space Pilots,

    A week ago, we posted the last statement on the game problems. I am happy that in between, we managed to get a lot of problems sorted out and the game stability is much better now. However, the game is still suffering from lags and freezes and from time to time there are also downtimes or players get disconnected during their gameplay. But luckily, those connection problems are not lasting long and after a short while, it’s sorted out.

    We are still working in the background to improve the situation and to eliminate the problems. We’re also planning compensations but we will only give out something when the smooth gameplay is restored to make sure that everyone can use their compensation without problems.
    Therefore we’re still asking all our players for a bit more patience. [​IMG]
