Should I?

Hi I have Goliath and I am an "upper" half elite. Should I buy another hanger or not?

 

If you can, get an Aegis - easily the best ship for building up your account. If you can't get one any time soon then I would recommend getting a Goliath just until you have enough to get the Aegis.

depends on your game, a vengi or a spearhead are good for boxing.Heck u can get a vengi cheap on my server. And the price of a hanger goes down the more u buy.

 

I suggest you stick with the Goliath until you have enough to get an Aegis, might aswell get a secondary hangar for it if you want to try doing that. An aegis will help you a lot with building up your account and even helps with fleeing from attacks as it's a healer class.​

 

what about citadel?

 

Citadel is a tank. It wouldn't help you progress in the game, more likely to bring you down more. Aegis, Vengeance and Leonov are ideal starter ships.​

 

Go for the hangar in order to have the goliath AND aegis, save the uri, or save the credits to buy aegis, you will see the difference.

Personally I have four hangars and I´ll describe ´em to you so you can at least have a general idea on how you can manage your hangars:

HANGAR 1 (HEAVY DUTY)
Goliath: I use this for galaxy gates the most, because of the firepower, 5 more lasers than aegis do make the difference some times. I go hunting with this one too, because of the damage that it can inflict.

HANGAR#2 (THE FASTEST)
Spearhead: I usually use this ship for boxing and building galaxy gates, because of the nanohull is full.

HANGAR#3 (SUPERSHIP)
Aegis: Now THIS is what aliens fear the most lol. I use aegis for almost every map, wether elite or veteran, is an excellent ship to use, there are sometimes that I forget that the goliath exists. Besides the lack of firepower (compared with Goliath) is an excellent weapon combined with diamond formation, and with any other, you´ll never have to hit the portal.

HANGAR#4 (VERSATILE)
Vengeance: This is for hit & run when hunting, is better if you have lightning as I do, or when you want to go to 5-3 and gathering palladium beeing able to defend yourself from pirates and mad players lol.

Well that is the way I have them organized, and the use I give to every ship, still looking for the 5th hangar, where I believe I would put the Leonov for lowers.

 

Personally i think you should atleast have 2 hangers. i have 3, citadel, goli and aegis. totally worth it

 

Get another hanger...when you go out where are you going to store your jacket and shirt?
