Simply.. Negative credits from the trade :x

    Hey people, I have one problem. The problem is that I have bidded on Speed GEN today twice, the first amount which I have used was 10mill and then the second amount was another 10mill. But the issue of this is that I didn't get listed up for the item during the trade time, refreshed the page and this is the surprise I had :)

    As you can see I have negative credits..

    So I decided to go into the game and see if it was just a glitch or visual bug.

    But yeah.. got the credits back to positive but still didn't get the Speed GEN and the credits back.. such a shame you know :/

    Please could someone solve or try to solve this?
     
  2. Afraid you have to take this to support. Be sure to get the copy of the log from Uridium page in Balance. As more proof. Good luck.

    Log in the balance:

    So as you can see, at the time 20:07 i made a bid twice of 10mil each.
    In the other, logbook at the time 20:52 to 21:18 there is nothing about the auction.

    lol its only 200k . u get 400k for a kristalon
     
  6. Posting it here still doesn't help. Send it to support. Nothing can be done in forums other then an Admin say they will have the problem looked at to see if there's a bug.

    Thank you very much for assisting this layer with their issue. As Demon is correct, to get this issue resolve you will need to Contact support with the following information.

    Ship name
    User ID
    Server
    Registered email

    Copy of the transaction logs. (Including Date and time)

    and a breif description as to what the issue is.

    Hopefully that can resolve this matter quickly and painlessly.
