[GI] Skylab not producing to the full of its ability

    I noticed that my promerium level in the skylab has been dropping at an alarming rate. So I took the time to do some quick math:

    • My promerium refinery is level 9, so it produces at a rate of 514/hour
    • My ship cargo space is 3120, so it takes 6 hours and 14 minutes to complete a promerium transfer
    • 14 minutes is 0.23 minutes
    • 514 x 6.23 is 3202.22, more than the transfer rate
    So shouldn't the amount of promerium be slowly going up, not drastically dropping by the hour? I already checked to make sure that it was activated, and it was. Why is this happening?

    Your Seprom refinery requires Prom and Xeno.

    Please check to make sure your other refineries are not consuming more than you produce.

    You also want to make sure you have not accidentally turned it off.
