[UI] Skylab tab

    Hey everyone, i noticed something that's not really a problem, but still worth changing if it was passed on to devs.

    When in the backpage of DO, you hover over the 'skylab' tab, a popup will still say "Here you will find: -Skylab/ -Techfactory and -Item Upgrades.

    This might cause some small amount of confusion among newer players, as 2 of the things mentioned above aren't there anymore.
