Skylab Videos Not Working

    Hi, for the last week I am having constant problems with skylab videos not working correctly. I have seen similar posts recently but haven't had a problem myself until this last week. It seems the first 1 or 2 work ok and then the rest simple fail to initialise and waste all the available videos.

    I have seen the replies about it being third party etc but there does seem to be something wrong that should to be looked at. I enjoy very much the option to reduce the waiting time on sending ores and tend to rely on it when managing my upgraded lasers but it's currently extremely difficult to do this.

    I get no available video for months now......
    I have to send in a support ticket i think!

    I am sorry that you are not receiving these videos, at this time we are unaware of any issues on our part. However if you feel that their may be an issue with your account, I would direct you to contact support and see if they have any further information on this issue.
