Skylab videos

Every time i watch one of the skylab videos... It doesn't give me the option to "get my reward" or "success" and so after watching the video I just click the x but I don't get any reward but it counts as a video
Anyway to make it work or to stop this happening?

The videos in the skylab are run by a third party meaning there isn't anything on Dark Orbit's side that can fix the issue for you. Can i ask that when the video is being played, is there a "Get My Reward" button greyed-out which you cannot click, or is that not there entirely?

yeah its not there at all for only some of the video providers.
A lot of the other videos do have it though

 

I'm having the same problem, I watch the full video with sound on, stay on page do everything required and then I get no reward or anything.

 

yep instead counts as 1 of the vids

Unfortunately there is not a lot that we can recommend from within the forum since these are provided by third party providers. The only thing we could suggest is that you report this issue to support (DarkOrbit or the provider itself) and hopefully they will be able to get the issue looked at for you.
