    how do i put Terbium from my ship to skylab? nothings working

    You can not send ore to the skylab. Just sell your excess, the skylab will make all you need.

    no it wont. i tried everything and my terbium just wont work... its at 0 and idk what to do :( ive had this problem for a good year now... idk how to get it to make the terbium

    yes its turned on i even deactivated it and reactivated it nothings working

    What levels are we talking about? Do u have enough power? Does everything else work?

    For your Terbium amount to increase, your Duranium Refinery should stay deactivated for a while. Deactivate the Duranium Refinery and leave it like that. Depending on the upgrade level your Terbium Refinery has, it should fill up your storage capacity in 2 to 7 days. If you don't notice an increase in your Terbium amount within maximum 24 hours your should contact the Game Support on this matter.

    The others make a valid point. Another player just had a similar problem. What level is the Terbium collector? And the level of everything else you have upgraded on the skylab? The solar module has to have enough power to power everything that is on. Also, if the Collectors are not at the same or higher level as the Duranium Refinery, it will never look to be productive.

    Thank you all for assisting the player wit their question.
    C-dawg, As stated above, if your Duranium Refinery is too high of a level compares to your Terbium Collector it will drain your Terbium supply faster than it is collected. Also if there is not enough power from the Solar Module, this can cause issues with your Collectors/Refineries. If you try turning off the Duranium Refinery, the Terbium will not immediately appear. You may have to wait 10-15 minutes to see any collection. Also after turning off the Duranium refinery, check to see if the Terbium Collector is on. The level number should be Blue if it is on, or grey if it is off.
