    On my screen it said that to upgrade my Prometium cost 0 uridium, i click instant build and i lose 14k uri or so -_-

    On one side it will tell you the costs for taking time to build and on the other the costs for instant build. It costs 0 uri if you use the first option but if you use instant build then it will cost uridium.

    On my left side it said 0 and on the right it said 0 aswell, i had just upgraded it to lvl 19 and then i clicked it to check how much instant build and it said 0

    Then it looks like a refresh fail issue. Maybe you could contact support to tell them what happened? They might reverse it for you.
