I think you need to upgrade your solar module m8, dont think your getting enough power. You should be able to produce prom even without xeno module. Try turnin off xeno and seprom modules and see if you can get prom to start then, if yes it would confirm power issue am guessing. Good luck

  4. Definately a Power Issue..
Keep Basic one Level higher than Solar .. and Solar and Storage One above the Rest.. to insure enough Power..

Building your Collectors Higher than your Refineries will insure a Faster build..

Turning off your Refineries so your Collector will Max out with Resources Keep them at least 4 levels higher and Full will permit you to Build ALL MODs at the Same time.. as long as you have enough Credits to do so.. and Upgrade Times will be Close on ALL Mods..

Keep Building your Seprom NO matter the condition of any other MOD.. except the Basic and Solar.

Completing your Basic/Solar/Storage will be DONE before the Collectors..

Thank you all for assisting the player with their question.
~samohen~(success), Your Promerium refinery is outrunning your Xeno Module. It is creating Promerium, but not at its highest speed due to the Xeno module being under leveled. As suggested by G-H-O-S-T upgrade the Xeno module and you should see the Promerium module spinning normally.
Please let us know if this does not resolve your issue.

    Best regards,
