slot cpu 4 problem

hi i cant equip slot cpu 4 to config 2 extra slot on my ship, i know it can be done because iv obviously had 2 full configs before. please can u look into this for me.

We are currently aware of the Slot cpu issue, we do have a small work around that should resolve your issue.

Please place the cpu on a drone, and refresh the page. Then remove it from the drone place it back in the inventory refresh the page and then attempt to place it on the ship.

hi astraea, tried that but wont let me equip to drone, keeps saying this item cant be equipped to this slot no matter where i try to put it

 

If you've tried putting it in a drone slot (for laser or shield not havoc/herc) and it's still not working then try deleting all configs.

 

Thank you very much for assisting this player with their issue. I have looked at your account, and as you have 3 hangers and 4 slot 4 cpu's is it possible that you have this installed in another hanger possibly on one configuration. Just a little note: when using one item, item will be bright, and then it will be grayed over in the inventory on the 2nd config. You can use that grayed item on you second config. However you can not use it on a config in one hanger and then in a different hanger. Could this be the issue?

lol its cause i deleted all configs that im in this mess hahaha, dunno if i dare do it again

 

hmmm i dunno whats going on here took all cpu's off, and refreshed and tried again but still wont go on config 2 for goliath, Astraea if u can manage to put one on config 2 of my goliath ill be eternally grateful lol.

Solution for your problem

The way to get around that if you can only load one config and not the other then go to the side you can not load, go to the drones and load a chip or something on to the drone something that you would load on a CPU and put that part on to the drone and then come back to the ships' CPU and it will let you load it

First time I've heard of that not fixing the problem. Sorry for asking again but are you sure you have tried to equip it to the drone slot (not where a drone design would go) on the config you are having the problem with and then removing and adding as normal?

 

hi who, got it sorted now, took the bull by the horns an deleted all configs in all hangars, sorry to have been a pain. admins may now close thread. thankyou all.
