    I have been playing since 2008 and have now accumulated about 5180 Euros (used to be American $$) in Jackpot $. Since I live in a State that does not allow me to win the Jackpot, why can't this, for the like players in my situation, be used towards something else???? I have never seen a real effort to resolve this over the years or assist those in our situation.

    you can't play the jackpot because your country/state doesn't agree with BP conditions, i can't play either. this is not permanent tho, maybe ione day your country will agree and you may play JB

    collect 10k, after that you don't get any other jackpot so you get other useful stuff ;)

    For the record, even after you have collected $10k of jackpot euro you still keep picking up more. You just cannot keep any of it.
