Solace bug

Hello, today during spaceball at around 19:30 GMT a person in vru solace, whose name i cannot mention, was gaining hp every time we shot him. Tons of mmo were shooting him rsb, x4 etc and his hp was going up and down. Could you fix this as we were wasting tons of ammo and ban the abuser!!!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are currently aware that this is currently an issue/glitch with the Solace design and this issue has been brought to the attention of support. At this time we can only ask that if you find anybody who is abusing this glitch to report them to support with a form of evidence (hypercam/video). I cannot guarantee that support will take any action against them however whilst support aim to fix the issue it is the only advise we have at the moment.

Unfortunately these are not issues that we can look into as a moderating team. If you feel somebody is exploiting or abusing a game glitch you would need to contact support with any back-up evidence that you may have.

Well, if in the future you or a member of your clan can obtain evidence on specific players that are abusing the in game glitches. Please be sure to send them to support for investigation.

Just an update for you, this issue has been confirmed by the Quality Assurance team and the issue has been passed onto the developers to be fixed. Therefore hopefully this exploit shall be resolved soon.
