Sometimes this game is unfair.

It isn't for me to decide how our chat moderation system work, i am just somebody who is in the system in place. However i don't think i have ever come across a game that employs people to moderate, people who have never played the game and should i ever come across one then it will be one in a million. Moderation of nearly all online games come in the form of volunteers who play that game, and it is something that Bigpoint follows also. I also believe that people forget that chat moderation is not a job, it is a voluntary position, therefore i believe respect should be given to those who do give up their time to spend monitoring chat to make chat as clean as possible for the users.

Unfortunately we do get cases where individuals get targeted, or a group of individuals get targeted and we do try to crack down on these people. Fortunately we do have our own cyberbullying/harrassment protocol that we follow when such cases arise. This is then backed up by our chat ban extension system that we have to people who abuse the chat rules.

There is not much more that i can say other than advise that you contact support if you want such drastic changes to happen within the chat system, since the answer and changes that you want will not come from the forum. As i said earlier we are given ban guides that we have to follow, and these are verified by support, therefore if you want to suggest any changes then i would have to ask that you continue the discussion with them.
