  1. Hi,

A couple of quick questions, keeping in mind I took a year off from playing.

I know the Sovereign Goli Design allows you to hit NPCs harder but dont remember the percentage. I also don't remember the percentage when attacking other players. So, If someone can tell me, then I would appreciate it.

Second, I have noticed on my brand new computer, (running Windows 8.1) that whenever I jump or log on that it takes a few seconds for items to appear on my screen, ie drones, jump gate, clan battle stations. I am thinking this is a setting issue but don't know where to start.

I also noticed the first day of my return that my FPS was perfect. Since then it stays around 20 then drops when around a lot of players.

Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

    Have a Great Day

Sovereign / Peacemaker / Vanquisher give 7% damage to enemy players, the damage bonus won't apply to NPC unfortunately. Also if you get the Sovereign then since it is meant for EIC the damage bonus only applies against MMO and VRU ships, you will not get the bonus if you are shooting EIC even if they are in a war clan.

As for the items taking a second or two to load in when you jump port, that is fairly common, you can try ticking or unticking pre-loading in the settings if you want to try and change it but it's not necessarily a bug, it's just how the resources load in. Not sure what could be causing you a 20 fps drop either, as a windows 8.1 user myself I have not experienced anything like that since the refactoring update a few months ago but hopefully somebody else can give some help.

Thank you Okapi32 for assisting the player with their question.
Tina-The-Impaler, The answers above are correct. The Company specific designs only deal extra damage to players of the opposing company. If you change companies, you will have to purchase the design for that company to get the damage bonus.
Regarding performance issues, If you check "Preload Ships" The client will use a bit more memory but will not have to work as hard to load graphics. You can also try reducing the graphics quality to see if it has an impact on your FPS.

Do you have any further questions on this topic or may we close?

    Best regards,
