+++ Spam Lock Message +++

Hello Space Pilots,

A lot of players mentioned problems with their gameplay because of the Spam Lock message appearing during the gameplay activities. We are aware of this, and we would like to share some information about this message.

We often have performance problems on different servers which are affecting the gameplay experiences of a lot of players. We analyzed the situation and the root cause for these performance issues.

They are mainly caused by malicious attacks that are constantly appearing on our servers, especially high amounts of requests done in a short timeframe. Therefore, we implemented the Spam lock system to reduce this and to improve the server performance for all players.

We also saw reports from players saying that they get this Spam Lock message during their normal gameplay. We are doing a lot in the background to constantly improve the system so that it doesn’t appear for genuine players.

If you experience that this message appears during your normal gameplay, please help us to improve the feature with describing your gameplay experience and what exactly you did during your normal gameplay when the message appeared. This should be reported via Support ticket so that we can investigate every report in detail.
