    Now, this doesn't happen ALL the time, and sometimes it's just one, then the rest work but here is the problem.

    There are times when one or 2 abilities won't work when i click them, i'm not laggy or having any other problems, but i click them, and nothing happens, then about 45 seconds after clicking them, they activate...
