Spearhead Abilities

I was wondering a couple things about the spearhead abilities.

1. Does the JAMX work for passive abilities of ship designs (5% dmg on enforcer, 20% hp on saturn, etc.) or just abilities of elite designs, like venom, spectrum, aegis, and so on?

2. Does the target marker increase your damage against a target, even if you are not in an outfit?

1. No it only works on the special abilities that have cooldowns after being used.

2. I'm pretty sure it does but I do not know for definite.

 

whoeva is correct, the JAMX is only effective towards special abilities.

I did however have a little fly about in a Spearhead and i did not see any recognizable difference in my damage when i shot at an NPC with the Target Marker ability active, therefore i would assume that this ability is only functional towards outfit members as specified in the description.
