spearhead + hangar evoucher question

Can someone please enlighten me about that voucher code as I didn't receive it.

Last code I received was on Feb 3rd, in the email titled "Dark Orbit Reloaded: Look Behind the Scenes", which doesn't specify rewards but has pictures of free energy, UBR rocket, UCB-100 battery and 10-cloaks chip.
Was that "either one or the other" promotion code (who gets what decided by DO staff) or all subscribed players should have received both codes?

as far as i know when they send out vouchers they are totally random i didn't receive on either but a clan mate did he didn't receive a voucher for Hades gate.

 

the spearhead with free hanger is only give to peeps how dont plat i repeat dont play the game no more its to get them to play the game again as an insentiveu willl not receive that code if u still play the game u would have to stay off the game to get the code and then u mite have to wait a month or two to receive the code it is randomized it could take two to three moths to get the code hope that hlps u have a nice day know bye

Voucher codes differ from player to player and they are randomly distributed.
To know more about subscribing to Newsletter please click this link> Newsletter Registration FAQ
Also voucher code is sent to players during special occasions, game update etc.
If you were not subscribed to newsletter at the time they were sent out, you won't receive any voucher code.
Regarding players who didn't receive voucher codes they can always Contact Support for further assistance.
