spearhead ultimate cloak ..not working !

during spaceball or just during boxxing , i use ultimate cloak very often , lately i die alot using the cloak , how can ppl still shoot me , when i am ultimate cloaked ??

 

are you sure you are using ultimate cloak and not regular cloak. There is a time limit for the ability and it could have ran out, and just be in regular cloak.

 

omg really ,,i play this game 8 years , i know the diff between normal cloak and ultimate cloak ,/// can a darkorbit mod reply on this , instead of wannebees that think they know the game

 

u can still be clicked u are still there if u click on a box and a play gose to click that box they can still click on u the same rules apply as normal cloak just they cant see u on mini map

 

Use JAMX then Ult Cloak

 

Pretty sure this isn't right. UC makes you vanish from map completely. If you click a box while UC then you lose UC. Unless things have changed I'm sure I've tested it where spear uses UC and doesn't move and clicking the space left behind does not give lock on them.

Another hint - hide under another ship/NPC - there is no glitch - the player is the glitch

Whoeva is right, I assume that you use ulti cloak, then collect a box, then someone clicks on you going for the same box.

Oh and Sub, I use a lightning vengi for SB, the jam ex stops that too .

 

i had same issue, emp'd ultimate cloaked and the enemy ship still followed me right the way across the map, i doubled back and his ship turned round as though he still had lock, obviously using something

 

You have pet, I can still see your pet after you used ultimate cloak.

Mini, The Ultimate Cloak ability of the Spearhead is automatically turned off if you perform any action other than movement. Picking up Bonus Boxes, Cargo Boxes, Ore, jumping into a gate/sector, or attacking negates the remaining time of the Ultimate Cloak.

Might help to also point out that after the client update that brought in a host of problems there is still a glitch where if you are shooting a spear and he uses UC your ship will still point in his direction enabling you to follow. Not sure whether this is being looked at or not.

 

odd, and the NPC's will follow you around if you use UC. Best to emp first and then UC.
