    and spearhead ultimate cloak always given you full shields when you use it?

    No the ultimate cloak does not give you full shields or any at all. It drops them instantly to 0.

    It used to drop them instantly to zero. It was rebalanced; you no longer lose any shield when activating ultimate cloak :D

    Thank you All for assisting the player with their question.
    ramnik, The Spearhead Ultimate Cloak ability does not give you full shields when used. Your shields will recharge normally if you have not been under attack for a time and you use the Ultimate Cloak.
