Special characters not showing

So I have some special characters in my name and for some strange reason about 4 days ago I cant see the special characters in the game client.

I can use them on my computer fine,I can use them on the website.So instead of me seeing 耐力竜 which are characters from my user name shown in game...I see white boxes in their places under my ship.Also I can see these characters in the chat but when they are in the texting bar the characters show as white boxes.

As a precautionary action I check my font and language settings and checked the list of fonts that my system has and my characters are included lol so I cant really do anything else now...Is this just a flash based problem?

Well sometimes special characters doesn't show up in chat box, best thing to do would be clear browser cache and flash player cache and check whether the problem gets resolved or not, generally special characters can stay bugged for sometime and can get back to normal after sometime or you can also try changing your pilot name.
