Special & Double Rewards GG

    Hi everyone,

    As some of you have pointed out, it does seem like there may have been some issue with the Special Rewards event yesterday (24th) and the double gate rewards today (25th) not quite being "on" though the backpage does present it as such.

    This has been reported, and while we understand this may be disappointing please understand that as it is Christmas now, we may not hear back with more information until later, or later this week.

    When we do know more about how this may be rectified or otherwise we will let you know.

    In the meantime, please forgive me in asking for your patience again

    Hello again!

    Double galaxy gate rewards should be working now!

    The double rewards event will be extended through December 26th
    The special rewards event should be available again on the 27th

    Both the 26th & 27th should see a continued galaxy gate discount as well

    Finally, all players who completed galaxy gates earlier today prior to the double rewards activating will receive the double rewards that they did not receive once the devs are back from the holidays (January 3rd)

    If any more issues should arise with this we will continue to pass them on so we can go from there

    Just an update;

    The devs are back in the office now and working on the missing double rewards. We don't have an exact 'when' yet, but it's in the works :)

    Owed doubled rewards from the 25th (double gg rewards) have been booked. However, Havocs, LF-4s and Hercules are still a work in progress. Hopefully we will know more on these tomorrow, but either way as soon as we have more information on that we'll let you know.

    There are not logbook entries to reflect these being booked, so you will not see anything in your logbook to indicate the experience, honor, etc have been booked.

    As for the special rewards on the 24th, compensation of 10,000 uridium was issued for delta gates as any ships/designs would not have been able to be determined.
