    Is it just me or do we fly faster today , i feel like my ship goes way faster ?

    No, this is the normal speed.
    After the server restart for the graphics update we got slower and got adapted to it but now it's back to normal.

    Enigmatic is correct.

    After one of the recent updates, the moving 'star layer' in the background appeared to move slower which made our ships appear slower (they weren't, this was just visual). This is now fixed and the 'star layer' is now moving at the rate which we were used to it moving. The ships however are still at the same speed, it was just this 'star layer' playing mind games with us.
