Start page will not Start

    I am having a problem with the start page it will not start . it start loading and then the green button will not come on to start playing and I can't get on to sell cargo or to play . Is there some thing going on ?

    I know this will probably sound patronizing but have you cleared cache and all that business?
    I've just been able to log into the game page fine on East 1 so it doesn't appear to be a server wide issue.

    Thank you assisting this player with their issue.

    We have identified the issue and can tell you the following:


    The affected players simply have too many friends!

    So while the client is waiting for the server to send the list of friends, the client hits a time-out and stops loading.

    This matter is currently being reviewed for a resolution and should be resolved in the next restart.
