still no answer

    I have sent 3 message's to support about my account since the 16th of Feb, and I have not got 1 e-mail from them .

    They say that they will be happy to help and as fast as they can but that is not the truth .

    They will send e-mail if you spend money on the game but they won't answer any question about an account , What is the deal on that ?

    I have no idea why I can't log into my game and I can't get an answer from support .

    Someone please let me know some thing .

    "From the 16th of Feb" is a long time for no answer. My concern would be that you are checking the right email account. Most players have multiple email addresses now-a-days. Also, check that the messages are not going to a spam folder.

    Sorry about the run of luck. A friend of mine is having the same issue. Oh, on that, we can hope there was no account ban.

    Yea I only have 1 e-mail so that probley wouldn't be it . and I haven't done anything to be banned for that I know of .

    I saw a few people say that they got message's when they got banned for boting and I know I never did anything like that ,so I don't know .

    the only way you would not be allowed to log in all together is if you had an account ban

    Did the URL said CalmDown when you tried to login?
    If it says so then you have a ban not because of bot but other issues....
