    I've sent a message to the 'contact support' and I've still not got a message back and it has been almost a week now. (the message was regarding about my ban while i wasn't even botting)
    and i was sharing my account and i now know it's against the rules but a permanent ban is heavy punishment...

    Send out a new ticket. You've got to include the UID of the banned account, and of the account you're using to contact support.
