  1. hello dear moderators have a problem with my account.
    on August 8th I was trying to access my account and says he was wrong to pass or usoario tried going to mail but also was altered and had already explained this problem in the Portuguese forum but had not concluded.

    Nobody can help you in the forum, you need to contact support.
    Provide them with your UserID, payment proof if you have it etc.

    Unfortunately you will just have to wait, there is literally nothing anyone can do for you in the forums, the moderators can only tell you as much as the players can in instances like this, "go to support".

Contact the English support via e-mail providing them your User ID, User name, the last 2 passwords you remember of the account, the IP address you used to play on the account with, possibly if you had any payments done provide them the most recent transaction IDs (atleast four). Hence forth, they will ask you questions related to the security of the account, such as the first ever username, the e-mail registered with it etc,. which only the original account owner should know.
    If all that goes well, you should be able to retrieve it back. In another scene, they might ask you to register a police complain and provide them with a photocopy of the complain to help you further with them matter in retrieving your account.

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately we do not have the authority to deal with such issues here in the forum, this is something that can only be dealt with through support.

    Please be patient with the response from support, generally i would say to wait up to 24-48 hours before sending in another ticket.

    It is always advised that you contact the support for which ever language you play upon, especially since you appear to be referencing a Global Server. If you use Portuguese within the game, then you would need to contact the Portuguese support.

    Unfortunately there is nothing further that can be done here for you, and for that reason i will close the thread.
