Stuck in Establishing Connection

Hi, I was boxing in 4-3 with 2 buddies when suddenly I lagged out, and lost connection to the game. I tried navigating the backpage and it also was lagged out. The backpage re-istablished connection withing 10 seconds and so I x'd out the flash player and tried to relog in...and then thats when it got stuck on establishing connection. I cleared my cache, I tried IE, I restarted my computer 2 times and did a full shut down once. THIS IS EXTREMELY annoying since the soccer boxes are out and I cannot participate. Common BP, wth.

Also whenever I try connecting and close my flash player my Start button is broken. It wont reopen the flash player after I close it....COMMON.

 

I completely understand the frustration you are feeling...

Could you please give this a try:

Log out of the game... go to
your browser and clear the history (I know you have done this before) - Please humor me!

Then go to the flash player - here is a link>

delete All the websites in the Website Storage setting Panel.

Then re-log in to the Game, Hopefully this will resolve your issue.
If not could you please attempt this on a different web browser.

I got the same problem, i cant start the game it says Estabilishing connection but after it stopped loading it says error connection interrupted i tried aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall but nothing worked for me i searched 3 days now but still didnt fix it. I can only play DO over my iPad with Puffin Browser but thats very slow and not really efficient.

(Nvidia Grafic Card, 8 GB main memory and 500 GB Memory, Using Firefox, Javascripts are allowed Flash Player up to date, Windows Firewall isnt blocking anything, Deleted Cache and Cookies [Flash Cache, Cookies, Websites too], Reinstalled Browser, resetted Browser, reinstalled PC, tried over a proxy, [Im not banned], changed my IP, used CC cleaner, used an ATI Grafic Card)

As we can understand your frustration with the lag situation. please know that many players experience lag issues and game screen issues when the Server has special events going on when things are newly added to the game. Due to the added graphics and the large quantity of players wanting to experience the new additions.

Below is a variety of reasons as to why you could be. experiencing these issues.

1. Web Browser is not up to date
2. Flash and java not up to date - or missing plug ins
3. Cache needs to be empty
4. Browser history may need to be cleared.
5. Distance from server
6. Computer graphic overload. (Graphics card slow or not enough Ram). or Needs updated rivers.
7. Internet type - Wifi, DSL, cable broadband or phone connection.
8. Programs Running in the Background
9. Clear Flash player data: Can be done at the following link

10. Try a different Browser to see if issue continues.
11. Possible server problem.

These are all things that could be causing the issue, these are just suggestions as to what the issue might be to help you resolve the current problem.

So after about 9 hours it just let me log in again. Not sure what changed...All i did was go to sleep and when I woke up I could log in. That was when I first reported this. And it just happened to me again...went to jump a portal, lagged, and when I refresh all I get is establishing connection. This is complete bull. Its like my connection to the game is broken.

 

Well switched hangers and got back in....this is some weeeeiiiirrrrd stuuuuffff.....
