Stuck in login loop for 3 days /admins help needed?

    Hello so it has been 3 days since I am in login loop 3 days ago I could just play fine on Global Europe then I was bored(stupid me) and wanted to see what I have on USA west I used to play there a bit BUT account there is removed do the inactivity so I keep geting (http://us2.darkorbit.bigpoint.com/index.es?action=externalHome&loginError=99) us2-for USA west?
    int1-is Global Europe far as I remember?
    So how do i switch back to Global Europe as the main server to log in and not USA west? Is there a way to choose old log in way?
    No i am not banned "The account is open and accessible"
    How did I log in on forum? Well I try to enter the game and after error happen whent down of the page and in right corner clicked forum

    EDIT: can be closed since I cant figer out how to del

  2. I'm experiencing the same issue. Except it started for me today. I try to log in and it say externalHome&loginError=99. It's not calm down so I'm assuming its not banned? Whats going on?

    If you were playing on one server and attempted to log into another server where as you received the error message, all you need to do is contact support and provide a brief description of the issue and ask if they could log you in o the server you were originally able to access the game from. Make sure to tell them the server you are having an issue accessing and the server you would like to access.

    Please provide the following:
    Ship Name ( Not Type)
    User ID:
    Server
