sudden loss of equipment

go to hangar overview lasers are gone speed down 320, sheilds gone, go equipment page on hangar everythings is still there what's up. Go on line to participate try to engage enemy, says
no lasers.

 

Try delete your ship configurations and put equipment back on the ship

As suggested in above post try that and also check your inventory to see whether you are missing any equipments or not.

I just replied in the other post about this. Check your second configuration in hangar.

 

? BUT IF I delete ship config will i lose my ship that i have now ? i lost all i had to , now i see my hit power is not up to where it was befor i got to level 18 , it seems that when i went to level 18 i lost everything , GDANSLER

 

You will not lose the ship, you will simply remove the items equipped so that you can re-equip them.

 

some of that worked and a lot did not , i lost all of my sheilds and i am having to buy most of my pets gear back my hit power has went from 600,000 to 299,000
i have restarted the game now i am lost as to what do , and i am not sure why i do not get power in my guns when have leveled up to a 7 rockets at level 8 so what is the game doing to me , i have spent a lot of real money to get this far , and this sort of thing mite make me stop playing and i do injoy the game

 

Just to be sure, you didn't happen to buy a second hangar and have the ship equipped, did you? When you buy another hangar the equipment in your first hangar does not get transferred to your second hangar.
