    Just below the spot where you clicked on the forum you will see a link to support. Good luck. :)

    I am having the same problem.....Yes i have looked for the support link and cannot find it...there is nothing under the spot where i clicked "Forum"
    Maybe an Administrator can advise me on my problem.......I lost my Main pilot by clicking on the wrong server ( i was hoping to change servers) now I have ended up with a lvl 1 pilot and it seems that I have lost all my monetary investment that i made on my ship.
    help please

    Hello ,

    I think now you're on another server. This problem happened when you're return to your main server ?

    I believe so.. I think the server i was on originally was a US east coast server (cant remember which one) I wanted to change to a west coast server but now each server i try i end up with a starter ship at lvl 1.

    however, i did find a support link but its under "Wild Tangent" not "Dark Orbit" so i sent in a ticket' hope it can be resolved.

    In this image , you can see a server channel list. (This one is EAST)

    Blue painted PLAY buttons are your choosen servers. Gray PLAY button servers are not your servers.

    Try to log-in all USA East Coast servers then.
