SUPPORT HASNT REPLIED TO ME IN 9 DAYS! HELP!

  1. Okay, so my problem is pretty obvious but that's not just it!
    When I made my account my father was using a network router which hid our location(Will not disclose his job). It showed out location as living in Europe. Well he no longer has that job so we had to get a normal router and etc and it has my payment currency all screwed up on darkorbit.

    I have sent multiple tickets to support trying to get it changed! Well REMOVED messaged me asking for my ID, so as she asked I sent it to her. Well after that I haven't gotten a reply. Its been 9 days.

    Usually I have no problem paying the extra 2-3 USD for Uridium but I have a new bank and they seen it was supicious and they froze my account and reversed all the transactions made online in the past week.

    So now on top of everything i owe then 42.96 Euro. I have no problem paying my debt but the currency they have it in is Euro and it won't allow me to use a US PaySafeCard to pay it off. It says unavailable in my country. Which makes since cant pay off a Euro debt with USD but they wont change it so i can pay, I feel i have waited long enough!!

    If anyone can shed light to help me that would be much appreciated! I am so disappointment in how support is doing me! My account is about to get suspended because of it and they still haven't replied to me.

  2. Be patient. Only support can help you with this, and it'll take as long as it has to. Just remember that your issue will be resolved, even though it may take what seems like forever.
     
  3. I know but my account will be suspended in 11 days if nothing is done... Thats what is making me mad the most!
     
  4. 11 days is still a long time, relax and play I am sure it will get sorted by then.
     
  5. C'mon man everyone loves support.
    Just they need more peoples for work on support. They really answer soo lately. (

  7. If you read the bottom of your response (that) support got your request (it) states that support will not answer all complaints (if they) don't think they are important. Not in those exact words but darn close.
