    Does anyone know what time support is open? Are they open 7 days a week?

    Im almost positive they arent open on the weekends but i may be wrong.

    That's what I thought, but I was not positive. Really want the exact hours of support so I don't have to sit around wondering why they aren't answering.

    Thank you all for assisting with this thread.

    Support is open 7 day's a week and the only difference is during weekends there are less staffs.

    Do you (the original poster) have any further questions or can we close?
