  1. Is anyone having trouble with a support rep.

    I was called a pedophile in game chat on 6-2-2014 approx. 11:00 Am on the USA West coast server. I sent the first complaint and received this response:

    "Please reply back with your screen shot along with a copy/paste of the pilot name you are reporting. With that, we can further investigate the matter."

    I sent the screen shot. I also reported this to the CM that was on that night and the player was banned, but the ban was lifted for some reason... (Later I was told the play had friends in the game administration; of course I do not know if this is true but after the things going on over a simple game ban for using fowl language in game chat who knows. I have herd players getting 30 day bans for less) Plus if I gave them a screen shot, Date, time, and server why the heck do they need a copy and paste of a name that does not exist anymore (he/she changed the ship name later to hide from support).

    I guess changing your name in game every few days really does keep you invisible to support.

    I then received this:

    "Please reply back with a copy/paste of the pilot name you are reporting as it is in special characters so we can locate this player."

    So I give up. Support is not here to help Top Gamer Club members they are here to rule a game with their cronies. I will not be spending a dime until support gets an over hall.

    Why is a phone number for Customer Support list that is disconnected? It is illegal to do this. Why is a US citizen having to call Germany to get any support when the email support is failing.

    I am sure very few players will see this as DO will most likely delete it.

    If you have an issue with Support, you will need to discuss it with them. All communications with Support are confidential, and therefore this matter cannot be discussed in any way on the Forums.
    You can always try requesting a different Support contact if that might suit you better.


    With regards to the information you were asked for, the change of name does not "hide" them in any way, but Support will need to make certain that they have the EXACT individual that you are referring to. Name changes are quite common, so a certain amount of proof may be required to follow up on your issue.
