    Hi,
    Just wondering what the average wait time for a reply from support is? (for support requests)
     
  2. Depends on when you send it. Remember it is a business, and I and I am assuming support is based out of Germany, for obvious reasons. Germany is 9 hours before west server time, and normal business would run Monday through Friday. If it is not an emergency, hmm game, it will happen during normal business. At the same time, I think when I contacted them it took about 2 days for the first reply but I know a number of players that have reported faster response times.

    I don't know about the average, but support responds to my inquiries in a few hours.
    Sometimes takes 1-2 days for some people. Depends on how much they are getting.

    Depending on time of day, day of week and what events may be running at the time you could get a response within minutes or up to 2 days. If you have not had a response within 48 hours of sending then please email again. We aim to get all support tickets answered as soon as possible but sometimes emails can be missed, especially if there is a large number of tickets being raised. For example if there are server problems.
