    I know there has been a lot going on with the virus situation and other things but wondering if anyone is getting a response from support on other issues. Been trying all day and do not get an answer from anyone in support today (Friday 4:05pm). I know they do not work on weekends but if they cannot correct this issue then I will have to be asking for a credit of something since I an premium and will be missing 2 days since I cannot log into game.
     
  2. Not sure what time zone you are in but your posting time puts it 10 pm for me. Doubt you get anything out of them, or at least not much.

    Been trying all day 8:15 est here now.,.Typical for Kara in support. Now they will owe me 1 day credit since I am premium. Tired of them treating customers like crap.
     
  4. If you get it, let me know. I am prem too... I think Kara is just a general name they use to keep anyone from being able to pin point an actual person and sue.

    Whilst support try to respond as quickly as possible it may take a number of working days dependent on the issue and the volume of traffic support are trying to respond to.

    Thanks..But my 2 day ban now is 3 days. Not very fair and since I am premium will expect a credit for the day I am missing and probably the whole weekend since they do not work weekends. Customer service sucks here.
     
  7. LOL, in other words, find you a nice calming game on your phone until supports decides its your turn. I play Sims, but that is only good for about 5 minutes, then I go talk to my gf...and forget I had a problem until later. LOL
     
  8. Mine is the same. The Loading bar never reaches Start.
    It's due to a Script that Big-point is running. The Script is named "Script.SWF.C217".
    My anti-virus program recognizes it as a virus and will not allow the game to load.
    There is no resolution until Big-point stops running the script.

    I would suggest you to be patient your ticket will be responded and in terms of compensation you need to ask support about it aswell.
