    Unfortunately support systems for Bigpoint games are facing some technical issues which in turn may result in response times being slower. As these have spanned the last few days and presently continue we would like to ask for your patience with any delay you may experience with your support queries.

    Please rest assured that the support team will get back to you as soon as they can while a resolution is worked on, but the response time may be more delayed.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope things will be back to normal for all of you as soon as possible.
