Supposed saving on uri pack pop-up

I've recently had the pop-up stating that I could save 33% on a 150k uri pack.
I've checked it out and it states that it'd cost me £26.99 instead of the usual £35.
My research shows that a 33% saving should amount to a saving of £11.66 or thereabouts, not the £8 saving that you are giving.

I'd like to know what is going to happen as you are clearly misleading people into thinking they are receiving a 33% saving when in actual fact they are receiving a 22.85% saving.

Had the same issue when I had to offer a long time ago. The % advertised does not correspond with the price charged. Contacted support, very rude response after being told that the offer doesn't work on MHH. Clearly it did. I gave up trying to get the issue sorted although was asked what the closest amount of uri is to the overcharged amount. When I pointed out it was bought during MHH and told it doesn't work I gave up.

It's a shame that the support received from support is very unsupportive but now they have accepted the offer works on MHH perhaps you might get more success if you try to point out to them that you are being overcharged?
