System: Authorization Failed help me plz

guy s my chat box says "system:authorization failed' this is my 2nd acc , my 1st acout was also authorization failed. ive read many solutions about this problem and have done it but its alway "system:authorization failed. Ive tried updating my java to the fullest, ive remove pepper flash, ive tried to play DO in a different browser but its the same, ive also cleared my broswer cache but its all the same .

 

Clear your cookies and log out and back in. This should fix it.

Could you please give this a try:
Log out of the game... go to your browser and clear the history (I know you have done this before) - Please humor me!

Then go to the flash player - here is a link> http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html
(This is an actual web page - not just an image)

Delete All the websites in the Website Storage setting Panel.

Then re-log in to the Game, Hopefully this will resolve your issue.

System: Authorization failed!" BUT I TRIED PLAYING DO ON A CAFE AND THE CHAT BOX WAS working well, i oppend its chrome/plugins and there were no other flash players in their except for Pepper flash. pplz plz i really need help ive been stuck in

for 3 years now thats why i got bored playing DO and now im back.

 

I've had this before, I just relogged constantly and worked eventually. Also make sure the Adobe Flash Player cache is cleared, google "Adobe Flash Manager" to find the page (think that works with Pepper Flash, not sure...)

Thank you everyone for your assistance. This is most certainly a Flash Player related issue. Please follow the directions below in the exact order they are listed.

In Chrome go to the top right corner right below the "x" and click on the box with 3 horizontal lines in it.
Scroll down in the drop down menu to "History"
Once in the History menu, click the tab "Clear Browsing Data".
A new pop up comes up. Click on the "The Past Hour" tab on the pop up and a new drop down menu comes out, and then you will select "The beginning of time". (If you do not select the beginning of time option this may not work)
Now make sure all the boxes are checked marked in the pop up "except for the passwords box."
Now click the Clear Browsing Data button. After that, close the browser and open it back up. Try logging in and starting up the chat to see if this corrects the issue. If this does not work we will try some more advanced Flash Troubleshooting.

ah damnns its still "Authorization failed"

i think im IP banned cuz ive tried everythin to solve it, ive tried on playing a diff. comp with diff. ip then it worked.

guys my problem is now fiexed thanks to the support as i suspected ihave IP ban

well its fixed but i got another problem
System: You were kicked out by Administrator! Your username is inappropriate for chat please change your name before entering the chat again.
how to change username ?

 

You guys need to work on helping with this. Everyone I've met when I had the "Authorization Failed!" is because they had an IP-Ban, NOTHING to do with cache or history etc.
You gotta ring up support, give them your Ethernet (NOT PC IP) IP and submit it :3
