    Pretty sure it's not meant to be for new or weak players, of course they are not going to stop them from doing it but it does seem quite obviously that it's a place of UFE to train on their 1v1 skills.

    It's calling the Training Arena, the key part is the word "Training", if you are going in there to complete quests or get rankpoints then I think you might have got the wrong idea for what the Training Arena is for.
