TA reward is not what it is suposed to be

We have been passing along the various issues with the Training Arena to support, and they are currently working to sort them. The waiting times are definitely not permanent as they are only in place for now to help make the feature usable until it is stabilized. Thanks for the additional feedback here, I will pass this along as they work on this.

Take the tire off and put it in a tub of water, you will see air coming out of every hole that needs fixed, and if your determined enough it can be fixed

But really yes it had a difficult launch, but i do think it is a awesome feature and once the issues have been worked out I do think it will add a worthy element to the game. Time will tell, but I do understand of course the feeling for it at the moment. For our part we do not control that, and can only pass along the info we get to support regarding it, and vice versa.

 

Your missing my point Hypnotic They said they were done with placing new things into action tell they were fully ready for launch. All we have seen is Fail after Fail on new things. At some point you need to question yourself and take note to make sure you are on the right road. Promise after promise has been broke. We feel like puppets being controlled by a puppeteer. Even the feed back thread goes unanswered. There is no excuse for that thread to go unanswered. If any thread on this forum that should take presidency above all. They ask for our input just to file 13 it (trash). We want them to step up to the plate and be who and what they say.

 

I understand very well, although myself I am a optimist and do try to keep a certain amount of humor even in bad situations. We are at the end of the day messengers between the community and support, and I have passed this on to them in the reports we give. I do hope you will see more actions soon that show a change in the way things are done, but of course as with any change this is a process.

As for introducing new features, to be very honest in my opinion there will always be some growing pains. No matter how much you test on a test server, you cannot see how all things really work until they are on live servers and being used en masse. Of course I think we all would like to see as much stability as possible when introducing new features (this includes support id say, as I dont think they like problems anymore then we do) but this very dependent on the nature and circumstance of each update.

In my opinion the rewards are not good enough. Kills dont count towards quests, or your rank points. So whats the point.

 

To train.
If you want to complete quests then do it in the normal maps like everyone else does and has done for years.

The JPB and JPA don't count towards ship kills either, ship kills come from your server. TA is not something that is done on the server.

It's calling the Training Arena. You are there to train 1v1 skills, not do quests and get your ship kill count up. As I said, if you want to do that then hunt on the server like everyone has managed to cope with since the game was created ^^

 

Make a new global server dedicated to the TA.

This thread is about the 2k uri for each win event which we were supposed to have. Still nothing from mods relating to that. The event failed since TA did not work during that event. Please tell us do you know this and how you feel about it.

 

We cannot say what support will do about the original issue posted here. We have passed on the feedback about it to support and unfortunately we cannot do more than that. We don't know what support plans to do but hopefully they will take the feedback onboard and respond appropriately.

However can I please ask that you keep these threads within the limits set by the section, it can make it hard work to have to read thru 2 pages of posts 75% of which are not directly related to the issue being reported. If you wish to discuss things and share opinions please use speakers or the official discussion threads if one is available. We do check the threads you make and pass on anything relevant to support in our reports.
