this is in the preferences section. so how do i tag people?

Don't put a space between the @ symbol and the name of the person. A drop down menu comes up with all the users once you start typing.

i dont think he got a notification since he didnt reply. i think we are supposed to get a notification, can this be fixed so that we do?

 

I didn't get a notification when you tagged me, and I looked all over my profile for something.

I think that the tags are mostly for saying like, "Hey, look at @chixonator 's profile, he has some cool ideas" or something like that.

 

chixonator - We have just tested this, and the Alerts for tagging someone do not appear to be functioning. We can pass this on to see if it is a glitch, but I suspect that it might have been set that way deliberately.
