[UI] Target Window

    The idea I'd like to propose, is to have a window similar to the one offered while in an outfit that displays the hp and shield bars for their targets.
    I would like that to be offered while flying solo giving you the option to enable it within the Settings window, under the Interface tab.

    Would prefer it available at all times, giving you the option to enable it within the Settings window, under the Interface tab.
    Would be nice to know who/what I am shooting at the least :rolleyes:

    That's what I'm talking about.
    Adding that notion to this idea fits perfect, I am going to use that.
