TDM -There is no game available for this company.

    GB1 VRU

    We (VRU) receive the error msg:
    "There is no game available for this company."

    This happens when you click to open the lobby interface on the beacon in 3-1.

    It sounds like the the other companies are able to queue but we're not getting this opportunity.

    The games run in an alternating fashoin.

    Example: MMO vs EIC - 15 minutes and Final score is 3-6 Team with highest score moves on to next round.

    EIC vs MMO - and that will be the next round.

    In the event that at least 3 players from the other companies do not choose to participate. No event will start.

    So either no one from the other companies participated or you were clicking on the wrong Que for the next event.

    No I am saying that we were not given the opportunity to open the lobby UI.

    MMO had been queuing for 30mins and were able to engage in TDM with EIC during this time where as we were not even allowed to queue.

    I cannot "click" on the wrong queue since I could not queue at all.

    Nevertheless after 30mins of waiting we were finally able to queue and participate in TDM.

    However, the second and final round of the event bugged - we had won and the result was announced
    21.04.2014 - 17:04[​IMG]You've won the Team Deathmatch!
    but no rewards were issued and the TDM user daily and TDM user total registered a loss with 0 kills. It falsely tars my record and rid me of my reward.

    I would like it if this can be corrected.

    Unfortunately I cannot access the TDM information, I would recommend that the explaination you gave me, you forward on to support along with the win that was not credited and see if support can resolve the matter.
