TE AND TEI THREADS 2021

TY all . It happened again last night. I was in 4-5 and suddenly it went black again. Since I know where my mini map is , I was able to click on it and get to the corner and log out . However I then had to quit the client because it would not reload.( how sad )
Guess I'll see how long I can play now (today) until the next crash. Just one more issue making this game less fun.

 

For me it becomes a huge period of lag . . . up to 2 minutes before any change can take place. If lucky I can switch between client and backpage. not always.

I'll check with the team to see if this issue has been reported and ensure it is elevated if not already done.

In the mean time, could I ask players to provide additional information when responding; ideally information regarding your setups, such as operating system, hardware components, and game settings (IE if you're using 2D or 3D mode).

I myself am running Windows 10 X64 ,non dedicated graphics , 3D mode , zones on low , background graphics low(no planets or nebulae) , other graphic settings on high, cargo boxes ,resources, window backgrounds turned off .

 

There's a new event you have to defend the cargo, horrendous lag and black screen of death. Tried one of the game boosters which helped before this event now even that is struggling to cope

 

Again with a event that can only be done by daytime players. What about us who play between 12 am and 6 am? we don't count?

 

After the client update when I go to the hangar after 2-3 minutes it freezes and I can not equip my boats or change configurations or change pages.
I clean Cache, reload current page but they do not work either.
I myself am running Windows 10 X64 , 3D mode , all graphics low.

 

It's a 24 hour event, 14 hours of gate and maps, 10 hours of maps, that lasts 2 weeks. If you can't find the time that's a problem with your job, not the game.

 

haaaah, mine got stuck even when i was trying to login to map, sometimes just loading logo , or daily bonus login screen full loading button but didnt turn to green (claim/start) , very lag when play on map, crash after jump portal, it happens almost like a week, sigh

 

Great now I have 2 weeks of game crashing and horrendous lag, Thanks for that

 

I pay the game between the hours of 12 am and 6 am on the server time. I was on another server that worked some what. They move us 3 hours backwards in time, when they merged the servers. Seems to me they made the change they should be the ones who should be accommodating the players they disfranchised during the mergers. They change the time slots not me and I will add without ever considering the players that would be affected by the move. Proof being they didn't move anything time related so those players who were moved could join in. one off the many reason I stop buying anything in this game. I hold on hoping but just play to keep up and do a gate or 2. Our time slot has been removed from game events, upgrade hour just to point out 2. I will admit work gets in the way but that is real life and pays my bills, puts food on the table. This is only a game for killing some time. nothing more. Enjoy

Issue: My ship was on the edge of DMZ in R-zone 7 (Global Europe 3). Opponent managed to start a flight even when DMZ is showing on the screen. Location 70/21. Got shot down three times in a row. Can someone look into the reason why? This is beyond bug. If its not fixed I will fix my interest in this game.

 

Enough is enough ! I can't enjoy playing a game that's this unpredictable. Error codes , crashes , black screen ,lag , cheats etc...

Just send us an E-mail when you fix the damn thing and I'll check it out again.

I BOUGHT A PET. I CANT SET IT UP. WHEN I CLICK ON PET AT HANGAR , GAME İS BLOCKED.I GAVE MORE URİ AND HELP ME...

 

My game has been pretty good for the most part, however these last 3 days the game keeps logging me out the backpage for some reason, my game page stays fine but sometimes when i need to buy something in the shop or change my hangers it logs me out after literally 30 seconds. What is the reason behind that ? it was fine and now its starting to get unplayable needing to log back in every time i try to access the backpage; even when i do access the backpage its a race against time until it logs me out again.
